Good Morning!
Well now my laptop is
finally up & running thanks to my awesome friend I thought I would give you
a little update on things that have been happening around here.... Not really
sure where to start as it's been over a month & it's just been crazy non
stop madness!!!

I guess I'll start with
the boring medical crap first - I have had a few appointments in Exeter
recently & still got some up & coming over the next few weeks, two this
week in fact....
I have some ongoing issues
which they are trying to sort out but nothing to drastic to worry about. I'm
also meant to be having my portacath fitted asap. For the last few weeks I have
actually been really stressed & exhausted, I think mainly because I was run
down. Things have been very busy & sometimes I don't give myself time to
recharge, my temper has been shorter than normal so I apologise to anyone that
was caught in the cross fire. Hopefully now as we wind down towards the winter
months things won't be as physically & mentally draining.

I am still going to my
Kung Fu & Tai Chi classes much to some people's surprise?! I haven't been
able to go to Kung Fu very much lately as just not felt well in myself &
felt guilty for missing out on classes, but my instructors have reassured me
not to. Tai Chi I absolutely love, the whole leaving your shit at the door,
sinking into your energy & just having an hour to myself really benefits
me... Unfortunately I'll miss out on my class this week due to some ultrasounds
I have been booked in for but raring to go for next week.
My little family have been
keeping me extremely busy & very happy on the days I have felt so low...
Cookie has settled in so
well, she is just amazing. She has the run of the house now & it couldn't
work out any better, she uses her covered litter box all the time, comes to her
name & has become extremely cuddley when she wants to snooze on either on
Stef or I. She also has a partner in crime in Kaos.... They are the best of
friends, wherever one will be the other won't be far behind & they spend
mornings & evenings playing / cuddling or trying to find any loose crickets
around the house! Kimba has even got used to her too (she's an old lady now so
just likes to snooze & not have a little furry girl nip her toes!) They
have proved extremely popular with my friends on facebook & from the
pictures I load up , I think they bring a smile to people's faces every day...
I sit there sometimes & watch them & just think to myself how lucky
& blessed I am to have them in my life....

My corn hatchlings I told
you about in my last blog have been doing brilliantly, eating, shedding &
some even gone to brand new loving homes, as have some of the royal babies we
have had hatch out recently. I am really pleased with our hard work & I
like to think that the people who have had a new baby from us, find we are
reliable, trustworthy, loving & caring animal keepers...

A few weeks back Stefan
had a few days off work which was brilliant, I love being able to spend quality
time with him & the kids like him home just as much... We had a random day
out in town having a few drinks & a laugh with friends, even Cookie &
Kaos joined us for an hour. This is a complete rarity to let our hair down. I
certainly can't do it often as I really can't cope the following day, but at
the time, it was fun & I won't forget it!
We enjoyed an evening at
the Moscow State Circus with friends in Paignton which was really good, a few
nice dog walks & then an hour or two to ourselves visiting Salcombe &
having a bite to eat.

Sadly it's back to reality
& life goes on with him working hard until his Christmas break, but we will
still make up for it when we can during evenings & weekends.... I've had so
much go on I really can't remember what
to tell you !
However, now my laptop is
alive again I promise to keep you updated more regularly!
